The Saskatoon Council on Aging is a non-profit, community-based organization serving the approximately 79,000 older adults in Saskatoon and area.
- WHAT WE DO:
Our programs & services promote positive aging – feeling good about yourself as you grow older. - SCOA works to create an age-friendly community – a community set up to help older adults live safely, enjoy good health and stay involved.
- We ensure the the voice of older adults in heard by the community and government.
Our vision for the future is positive aging for all in an age-friendly community. The city of Saskatoon is a member of the World Health Organization’s Global Network for Age-Friendly Cities and Communities so we are well on our way!
