In motion is a health promotion strategy that encourages citizens of the Saskatoon Health Region to make regular physical activity a part of their daily lives.

Where to be in motion: 

Forever … in motion offers exercises for men and women 50+. Meet outside the main doors to the new Community Health Centre for Older Adults in Market Mall.
Tuesdays and  Thursdays 9:30 am to 10:10 am. Free to attend.


Bridge City Senioraction Inc.

55 plus co-ed seniors exercise  club. Annual membership $20 per year, drop in fee $2.00 per session. Runs September to end of June

The Saskatchewan Senior Fitness Association Inc. (SSFA) is a volunteer, non-government organization formed on December 7, 1984 in response to the need for an activity program for people fifty years of age and older.

City of Saskatoon Leisure Facilities

The Leisure Access Program allows eligible low-income residents within the city to participate in City of Saskatoon leisure facilities and programs. The program includes unlimited admission to drop-in programs at the Leisure Centres, one registered recreation program per year and complimentary tickets to the Nutrien Playland rides at Kinsmen Park.
