By taking part in our services and programs older adults can:

  • Increase skills and independence with technology workshops and lifelong learning

  • Access information in our Resource Centre

  • Stay fit and healthy in our SCOA Globe Walk

  • Enjoy social outings with Century Club and Seniors Neighbourhood Hub Clubs

  • Learn about community services and make new friends at Spotlight on Seniors
